Before the call
A call goes further when we know what you are working with. If it applies, have these to hand:
- The products and lengths you are considering. The products and services overview lists every line.
- An order number, if the call is about an order you have placed.
- Your store platform, if you are asking about dropshipping. Shopify has a ready connector, described at /dropshipping.
- Your logo and the quantity you have in mind, if you are asking about private label.
Prices, delivery and payment terms are the same on a call as on the website: wholesale prices with no minimum order, payment 100% in advance, and DHL Express door to door.
