Straight Virgin Indian Hair Bundles: quick answers
What are straight virgin indian hair bundles?
Virgin hair is human hair that has never been coloured, bleached or permed; ours comes from 2–3 donors matched for texture and strand diameter. These bundles are 100 g each on a double machine weft, in nine textures and the natural shades #1B, #2 and #4.
What does straight mean?
The donor’s own straight hair, not steam-set, not chemically straightened. Nothing is set, so there is no pattern to loosen: it straightens with heat and returns to its own fall on the next wash.
How much does a 100 g virgin bundle cost?
A 100 g virgin bundle costs from $56 to $311 on our list, depending on length and shade. These are factory-direct wholesale prices, the same for one piece or fifty, with no minimum order; the product page prices every combination live.
How long does the hair last?
A minimum of 3–5 years with proper care. Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo, condition the lengths, keep irons under 180 °C, detangle from the ends up and sleep with the hair wrapped in silk or satin. The cuticle is intact and aligned, so the hair does not mat with washing.
Straight is the donor’s own texture: hair that grew straight, was cut straight and is sold straight. Nothing is steam-set, so there is no pattern to relax or wash out. South Indian temple hair of this kind is naturally dense and a little coarser at the root than European hair, with a soft taper towards the ends. It is not the glassy, pin-straight finish of chemically straightened hair, and it is not meant to be: air-dried it keeps a gentle body and a faint bend at the ends, which is exactly what lets it disappear into most straight and slightly wavy natural hair. Under a flat iron it goes glass-smooth; on the next wash it returns to its own fall.
Because the hair is not chemically processed, the cuticle is intact and runs in one direction root to tip. That is why a straight bundle stays smooth after months of washing instead of matting at the nape. Straight is the texture to choose when you intend to colour or bleach, since there is no set pattern to lose, and when you want the most versatile base: it curls with a wand, holds a blow-dry, and goes back to straight when washed.
Virgin hair has never been coloured, bleached or permed. Each 100 g bundle in this line is made from 2–3 donors matched for texture and strand diameter, wefted on a double machine track and cut to one length from 10 to 34 inches. It comes in all nine textures, the natural patterns as grown and the wave and curl patterns steam-set with heat and moisture, and in the natural shades #1B, #2 and #4.
Virgin hair sits between our raw line (single donor, natural textures only) and our Remy line (every texture and shade). It is made in our own facility in Delhi and sold factory direct at wholesale prices, with no minimum order.
How it is made
Hair arrives in Delhi as full-length tails. It is washed, sorted by length and checked so that the cuticle runs the same way on every strand. The sorted hair is then fed through a double-needle wefting machine twice: the first pass sews the roots into a track, the track is folded over and the second pass locks it. That is what ‘double weft’ means and why the seam does not shed under normal brushing.
Natural textures (Straight, Natural Wavy, Natural Curly) go straight to wefting. Steam textures are set first: the hair is wrapped on rods, steamed and cooled so the pattern holds without any chemical. Coloured shades are finished after wefting. Lighter shades (#27, #613) are made from unprocessed hair that is lifted in our facility, which is reflected in the price.
Made in our own facility in New Delhi, India, certified to ISO 9001:2015. We are the manufacturer and the exporter, which is why the price here is a factory price.

A full head depends on length, because every bundle is 100 g and longer bundles are narrower. These counts assume an average head and a natural density.
- 10–18 in
- 2–3 bundles
- 20–34 in
- 3–4 bundles
- Full head with no leave-out
- add one lace closure or frontal in the same texture
- Thick natural hair, or a very full look
- one bundle more than the row above
Wave and curl patterns look fuller than straight at the same weight, so the lower number in each range is usually enough for them.
Bundles are made for a sew-in. Your own hair is braided flat, the braids (or a net over them) become the base, and the weft is sewn on in rows from the nape upwards, folding or cutting the track at the end of each row. With a closure or frontal on top there is no leave-out at all; without one, a thin section of your own hair is left out to cover the top row. A sew-in is normally taken down and refitted every 6–8 weeks as the braids loosen, and the same bundles go back in.
The same bundles can be glued down for a quick weave, wefted onto clips, or used by a wig maker to build a custom unit; the track is thin enough for all three.
Care
- Wash every 7–10 days of wear with a sulphate-free shampoo; condition from mid-length to the ends and rinse cool.
- Let the hair air-dry, or blow-dry on low. Use a heat protectant and keep irons under 180 °C.
- Detangle from the ends upwards with a wide-tooth comb. Wave and curl patterns are detangled wet, with conditioner in.
- Sleep with the hair tied loosely in a silk or satin wrap. Store spare pieces dry, detangled and loosely coiled, out of sunlight.
- With this care the hair lasts a minimum of 3–5 years.

What does virgin mean here?
The hair has never been chemically processed: no colour, bleach or perm. Each bundle is made from 2–3 donors matched for texture and strand diameter. Wavy and curly patterns in this line are steam-set, which uses heat and moisture, not chemicals.
Why only #1B, #2 and #4?
Lighter shades such as #27 and #613 are made by lifting the hair, which is chemical processing, so they are not sold as virgin. They are available in our Remy line.
Raw, virgin or Remy: which should I choose?
All three are 100% Indian human hair with the cuticle kept intact. Raw is single donor and unprocessed, in natural textures and shades only. Virgin is unprocessed by chemicals, from 2–3 matched donors, and adds the steam-set textures. Remy is cuticle-aligned hair from 3–5 donors in every texture and shade, and is the most affordable.
How long does it last?
With the care described on this page it lasts a minimum of 3–5 years.
Are these wholesale prices, and is there a minimum order?
Yes, and no. We are the manufacturer and exporter, so the prices on the shop are factory-direct wholesale prices, the same whether you order one unit or fifty. There is no minimum order; retail customers are welcome to buy a single piece at the same price.
How long until my order ships?
If the exact variant you select shows ‘In stock’ on the picker, it is dispatched from Delhi within 2–3 working days of payment. Anything made to order (a different length, shade or option) takes 3–5 days to produce and is then dispatched. You receive the tracking number by email.
How long does delivery take?
5–7 business days door to door by DHL Express or FedEx for most of the world, 7–10 business days for remote areas, tracked the whole way. Delivery is free on orders above $999; below that it is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Shipments travel DAP: any duty or import tax in your country is paid on arrival, to the courier or your customs office, and is not included in our price. For destinations where express couriers have suspended service, the route is confirmed on your invoice before you pay.
How do I pay?
100% in advance. At checkout you can pay by card, UPI or wallet through Razorpay (charged in USD), or choose bank transfer and we send the account details with your proforma invoice: we hold local collection accounts in EUR, GBP, USD, AED, AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, TRY and INR, and accept SWIFT for everything else.
Can I return the hair if I change my mind?
No. Human hair is a hygiene product and we do not accept returns. Manufacturing defects are replaced if you report them within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product as received, before it is installed, cut, coloured or washed. Customised orders are excluded.
Do you dropship?
Yes. Orders can ship directly to your customer in plain, unbranded packaging with no Suvita paperwork inside. See the dropshipping page for how it works.
